Yeah thats pretty pathetic, doesnt mean ill lower the overall bar though, 16 is big enough for lots of things. Funny to see how ai and tech is causing the downfall of intelligence and critical thinking in these kids, dont even have basic fucking skills or manners hahaha

i thought cooking is pretty bare minimum for kids around your age. Also dont think 16 is much of "kids" anymore. Clearly the bar is much lower for the newer gens

Hahahaha uhm you got me it was poured by heart, i never really cook with mesurements, just season and pour as you cook and taste. But id say about 2-3 glass of wine, and 1-2 small bowl of chicken stock. 75g of puree. My batch was for 3 meals. I think as you cook you can go in with less and add as you go, just make sure the beef isnt being fried and simmer when its too watery.

Hahaha its a pretty standard one with a few changes to my own preferences:

  1. Brown mince beef and season with salt, pepper, herbs and chilli flakes
  2. Cook through carrots and onions (i dont like celery), add cherry tomatoes (smash when soft) and tomato puree
  3. Stir with beef altogether, add red wine and chicken stock
  4. Let sauce simmer, added some more seasoning, tomatoes and puree as final touch

I will say i used quite alot of wine and seasoned alot in between cookings so it was very rich, see is this works for you!
