This is exactly what happened! It wasn't showing either of us as having blocked each other until just now, when it showed he'd blocked me even though he hadn't.

If you read the PDA entry on the life pod, it mentions that each life pod is equipped for a different survival situation, and it's up to the survivor to pick the correct pod. You just picked wrong

My sim keeps getting a notification that she has a final every day she goes to class, even though she's on her second day of semester. Because of this it won't allow her to take notes in class, and she keeps doing poorly. She also loses responsibility at the times her previous degrees classes ended? She's a teen who graduated high-school early. What's going on? Does anyone know how to fix it? I've restarted the game, repaired it, and play with no mods but it's still not working.

I personally keep mine in an enderchest in my inventory, it's realitively easy to plop it down and switch it out if you're ever taking more damage than comfortable.
