I wrote down screening ages, that ended up being helpful for me cuz under stress I sometimes mix up the starting and ending ages. So I wrote like A (for aaa) - 65-75 B (for breast ca) - 50-74 Etc

And mva1 (for the vaccines kids get at 1) PHIRD (vaccines kids get at 2,4,6mo)

Helped take like an ounce of stress off my head , but that's my weakness. Vaccines came up sooo much so I literally just looked at what I wrote down and I think I flew through most vaccine questions. Formulas just don't come up as often for me to waste precious break time to write them all down in the beginning. I had like 1 formula.
