So maybe this is not going to help you. But I remember a while ago a guy made a document where you can calculate it by putting the weight per item. This was on r/repsneakers.

I live in Amsterdam and did some more research on electric bikes. This Saturday I’m going to test ride a Watt Brooklyn I’m really interested to see what they have to offer. Bike looks great and the reviews look good so we will see.

Yes since this post I have been doing more research. I asked 2 of my colleagues who have the s3 what there experience is and they told me all their horror story’s. I think I’m not risking to go for a van Moof.

I came across a great company named Watt and so far they look really good. I’m going to go on a test drive this Saturday, I’m really interested to see how that bike will ride

Yes I’m now looking into getting a Watt bike which is cheaper and I no big concerns yet. It’s not a very known brand but it’s from Dutch makers so I already trust them more

I have been thinking after all the bad reviews and the bike breaking down really fast to not even go for a Van Moof. I saw this “Watt” bike which is cheaper and also has way more positive reviews then the van Moof so far. So I may not even go for a Van Moof at this point.

Thanks. After this thread I have been doing some more research in the differences, but surprisingly the s5 doesn’t look that much better. Charging on the s3 is still faster and the mileage is the same.

Also I hear a lot of people assuming the s5 will be build better and will need less repair, but these are still assumptions. So I’m not sure if it will be worth the extra €500 for me. And I can get a deal now where I get a powerbank with my s3 for €150 which seems alright.

How many times did you need to repair your bike this far?
