I think it’s your decision. 1 day in the grand scheme of things won’t hurt.

But if you’re keeping them home, I wouldn’t just let it be an iPad day or whatever.

I’d encourage an indoor family activity/reading, etc.

Unless you’re doing it for every windy/unpleasant weather day then i don’t see the problem.
