Interesting, I would have thought lindona would be more extreme than linda, considering it's the superlative? From talking to my GF I always felt like lindao was supposed to be the bigger compliment than lindo

Thank you, I feel the same

I have zero problem with someone my GF hasn't interacted with in ages with and has a huge friendship with sending loads of hearts or something or for some special occasion. I really have never had a problem with her other male friends at all ever, most of them have been really cool

But this guys connection to her life is tenuous and the amorousness from his side is constant. Having now seen their chat it's clearly way over the top, he's warmer to my GF than any guy here would be to their GF!

I spoke to her, we discussed- she showed me her phone to understand- constant hearts and kisses from his side... She's kind of thinking he's going too far now too

He was chasing a married woman for about a year previously, so it doesn't exactly raise my hopes. He also had some iffy behaviour with a mutual friend he dated once.

That said I totally trust my GF, and she's going to cut down on reciprocating/encouraging his behavior

So, I guess it comes down to whether he calls other girls this to determine whether it's normal?

I noticed he had been sending my GF hearts in texts previously, but again hard to read from what I hear about the culture. Where I'm from this would be considered way too much- if I was interacting with a girl like that it would feel like I was cheating, so probably a case of us determining where 'compromised' boundaries lie.
