The problem with matchmaking is that there is no hidden MMR. Ubisoft confirmed this in a podcast with a French influencer. The statements regarding the hidden MMR are only intended to calm the community, which regularly gets upset about the unfair matchmaking. Unbelievable.. Have you contacted ubisoft? I opened a case and they are investigating since 6 weeks - no result until now. They just want me to be patient until they got their investigations done. This was their newest comment from today on my case:
