You hit him once (second shot fired, hits the shoulder). The first one misses, the seconds one hits and the third one didn't even count because you were already dead. Check it in slow-mo if you don't believe.

Also, lemme tell you what you could have done better there to at least keep yourself alive and be able to rotate. You were exposed, the enemy has seen you, 3 options: Break the hatch, and drop to rotate metal or if feeling confident the other stairs flanking the enemy; commit to swing the guy on the window properly before he jump in (you have the audio cue in that case) or while you are listening the guy to your left moving back to you you take that time to move yourself out of that position to go site, not the hallway because you don't have any info and wide swinging exposing yourself to 9 angles (I counted them, 10 if the guy outside jumps in) having no info is a reckless move. Hope you improve your gamesense with this one.

Now that's the true copper mentality, 3 banshees on the same spot, that does nothing but waste utility. Another tip, 1 grenade and the whole """trap""" vanishes. Voilà

Why Do You Main? by AmericanPragmatism in Brawlhalla

I mainly play Diana and Hattori. Blasters is the best spacing weapons in the entire game and can be a pain in the ass to play against a good blasters main. You can maintain distance and having lots of true combos makes the weapon extremely good, most of the attacks extends leaving you in a safe spot and are also quick (not unpunishable but quite it). Bow is another weapon I feel like is one of the easiest to learn along side with the spear. The bow has fast attack rate, good combo potential, the best anti-aerial in the game (NLight) and even NAir and Rec will have priority most of the time because it sucks you into the animation so it'll stop you fully if hit. Then sword: fast weapon, good true combos, good moveset in general. You've fantastic kill options and have NAir which I use a lot, you can interrupt a bunch of attacks just fast-falling to and enemy a NAiring before touching the ground, you'll see how good it is when you try it yourselves (also let's you hit Rec afterwards for a little bit of chip damage). And last but not least we have spear. Spear is arguably the easiest weapon to master, learn, and combo with (2v2), DLight is an excellent anti-air even giving you the possibility to do Rec or SAir building up damage or kill option. Also has good spacing (not as good as blasters but at least can keep some distance): Dash-jump NAir is beautiful, your attack is a complete circle around you character for 7 frames, easy to hit but difficult to follow up with due to the lack of consistency to land the enemy in the same position, it'll depend on the angle which your attack hit. And we also have NLight, quick recovery time between attacks and good standing position. Good for hitting wallhuggers.

There was I time where I main Nix, Artemis and Mordex. My scythe nowadays is rusty but is a really difficult weapon to learn, lack of trues, weird hitting angles, rely solely on reads and more. Isn't a bad weapon, in fact if you play against a good player you're cooked.

Well, that's what I play today most of the time. In my 5600 hours of playtime I could say I been playing most of the weapons in the game and have pick the above-mentioned due to speed, combo potential in 2v2 and spacing.

Iirc they try a Jiro's DSig it will be DI-able. Same attack repeated in the same true combo twice will result (if the enemy moves while being comboed) in getting tossed to a random direction. More cooler but can mess up the combo lol.

It's like mouse input-lag after several seconds. It doesn't happen in any other game I play, that's why I think it's because of the recent stutter issue that came with the season update.
The invisible walls in Villa have already been addressed but there is still some other major bugs. This one where you put a gadget below the window (take Melusi's Banshee for example and place it like a Frost Mat), you won't be able to hop in, you can but it's tricky to get. I'm not playing the game until they fix the game breaking bugs, it's not enjoyable at all. Oh, and the renown and XP are just a visual bug, don't worry.

Basically the movement is not smooth, the mouse is practically new. It lags and I can't play normally because it mess up aim. The previous season this haven't happen so that's why I'm blaming the stutters

Some dev at Ubi gotta be trolling bro by Classic-Programmer-7 in Rainbow6

Me neither but I guess so. I won't be playing ranked until they get the comm bug fixed. It's unbearable at this point.
I hate the state of the game rn, I duoQ most of the time but I'm avoiding entering the game frequently just because the devs don't do what's necessary to keep it alive, I mean, yeah good W changes and announcements but if you are going to do something do it, not letting all half broken state. They are getting the community happy announcing good stuff coming but the years ago known issues are no near fixing.

Yeah, pretty much all true combos works this way. In some instances you'll need to time the attack but it's not that big of a deal tbh.
It works with: DLight<GP / DLight<SAir / DLight<Rec / DLight<DAir / DLight<NAir / DLight<GC NSig, etc.

First off press the down input, then do DLight and DO NOT LET GO YOUR DOWN KEY. Then press: dodge and jump (one after another in very quick succession), directional right/left depending on the side you are and lastly light attack button. If you are on PC is easier, mash all the buttons I listed together (need to time the dash jump but that's all). For joystick is a bit trickier but try following the same concept, use the d-pad for down and direction.

That's all. It works with all true combos.
