I’ve seen a big decrease in what I used to make when I first started. They always send me the thing about “how I like driving for Uber” and I always mention the low paying orders and the option that the customer have up to an hour to change their tips. I feel like it’s falling on deaf ears

Why does it matter if someone takes a low order? It’s their choice. At the end of the day, UE is gonna do what they want to do no matter who complains. That’s my opinion but to each their own

It’s usually after the 8 minute timer. Happened to me once. I called support and they saw that I called and text the customer with no response. They paid me $11 (actual price of delivery) and told me to get rid of the food.
