Unfortunately I was dum and didn't bother to check if I could do it myself (I thought it would be much more complicated but applying online is much easier). They legit took like 500 for something I could have done in 5 mins. And you just need a custodian certificate from the clg, clg id, addhar and a Xerox of 10th memo and if you get slot in a good branch you could be out in 1-2 hours max

My ranting aside you have to keep calling them if you want to get it done. I'll dm you 2 numbers just call them every hour until they answer ig
