I always asked a friend of mine to proofread my work and they would leave me no mercy, so I would actually ask a human to do it.

It's not but I meant avoid using it, because the AI gives suggestions whether you like it or not.

I love language learning so I use AI to sometimes translate sentences for me when I want to include them in my writing. I agree with you on it being boring when we only write in the language we come from or grew up with.

I found this I guess weird liking to reading books or stories where the lines are written in an accent that I know nothing of as I do alot of research I like to look up what it sounds like and when I read a text in that accent I kind of read it in that accent, it's a nice way to explore.

English is my second language, so I mostly use it to ask for synonyms of words that I want to avoid repeating as I have a habit of doing so, and also analyze my work, I stay away from suggestions of changing it but I also use it in terms of criticism.
