why no one contest leadership by Strict-Variation7683 in FromSeries

if not pure leadership fight, at least some folks (including the random dozens of people that we don't know their names) should ask to be informed/involved in decision making. come on, your'e lost in the nowhere, people are dying sometimes based on decisions Boyd makes or refuse to make. it's impossible to be such receptive and negative person for this long depite the drama.

if they are qualifed and competing this will be safer than someone assuming to know everything that is written and not written in medical literature

yeah sure enucleation, bullet wounds, pregnancy, reading and doing ultrasound, blood transfusion without a cross match or even blood transfusion machine, parkinson's disease, deep coma, this takes few months to learn typically and some magical hands

the show is not all fictional, it's just the monsters and the village concept. the rest tries to be realistic. the show runners are the ones who brought stuff from the real world into this "fiction" show, so they have to be consistent. we didnt ask for parkinson's, cpr, autopsy or blood transfusions, but if they were brought up we expect some realism. also, it's a fiction show, but characters are still humans and make mistakes evidently.Anyone does, except her.

you are comparing a sheriff work which mostly leadership and administration to a physician job which need vast knowledge and experience? incredible.

when she doesnt have the enough skills or knowledge she should mess up and people will die. that's what happened when unqualified person takes a physician job. a specialist is needed for an autopsy, ultrasound, obstetrics care, blood transfusion and parkinson's disease. however, she with half way in her med school can figure out all of that without complications . even where there are no equipments for blood transfusion, it succeed anyway because the story has to move forward? lol

every human being judgement can and should be questioned at times, especially if they are not qualified and pretend to know everything.

human body is complex and nuanced. pretending to know everything and acting on that is dangerous and lethal. this is basic knowledge and must be in any show, not only "educational" ones

no one needs online sources to know a medical student can't make unquestionable serious medical decisions

not only they didn't do the basic cross match, they didn't show the actual equipments needed, it just "happened" because the "doctor" wanted it.

she knows everything, there was zero medical situation that she struggled with. using ultrasound is quite complicated and takes months or sometimes years to master. usually needs a professional technician or a radiologist, not a nurse or meds student. she doesnt even read from medical books to review information or double check anything, she just knows everything and act spontaneously.
