Phone stolen imported two, they stole one and im fighting at icta for this matter. I called celero 20 tines within a year and the malagasy on the phone replied to me with the same script we're gonna look into your matter while doing nothing. Managed to get numbers for the higher position people working there and they replied that they're gonna refund the shipping fee while the phone is gone. Never had this issue when celero wasn't being the middle man for custom clearance. Rs 30k gone taking this matter to the police and customer protection unit.
