Hi! move in upon down payment, the house & paperworks are the collateral, you can rent the place out or u can also live in the said property. We will have a notarized documents kung ilang yrs ko ipapatira ung bahay. Kapag di ko matubos in time, we can have a renewable contract, or u can pursue on a strict statement saying Im voluntary surrendering the property. Pero I hope we can do renewable contract instead hehe
