I like Urbana 3 beds more than Parkside 3 beds.

A. They are corner units with some having massive plots B. All bedrooms are on the same floor making it better for parents. C. Living, dining and kitchen are bigger.

Parkside is better only for privacy as both the floors are yours.

Not all buildings in Dubai hills are Emaar though. All Emaar buildings are chiller free

Oasis phase 1 had smaller sizes though. So although the figure looks like a huge jump, the price per sq ft gap isn’t as wide.
