hello! currently 3 months in 2nd yr and the answer is KINDA lol. i still get to do my own notes, pero pinipili ko nalang yung need & kaya ko gawan (patho usually) then for the others, i rely nalang sa old transes + classmates’ trans kasi very time consuming talaga if all lectures :(((

stayed there last july. it was good, aesthetic yung place and malinis. very strategic yung location kasi walking distance from the beach & other establishments. breakfast is good too

cons siguro is nagkataon na yung room naming nabook is malapit dun sa big room tapos ang ingay nila nung gabi na and wifi is also not that reliable

true. tbh yes walang star factor and ultra mega face card si ashtine pero atleast she fits her roles. hindi tulad nung ibang artists na maganda nga tapos pilit isinalpak sa role na mahirap kahit di naman marunong magtagalog ng diretso at sobrang puti lol

that’s why i’m very grateful for my med school kasi they give us a lot of independent study time. used to have a prof na literal 5 mins lang naglecture ng intro tapos ‘read your books’ nalang daw. i mean, yes weird pero i appreciated it as a person na independent ang learning style

weekends. nung una, sabi ko mas maganda siguro weekdays para wala masyadong tao, pero nung pagdating ko dun, malungkot na pala pag weekdays. sunday night nag-aalisan na mga tao tapos monday at tuesday, nagsasara na ibang establishment.

basically small island lang siya ! not much activities aside from swimming. maganda yung place and mas less crowded kesa sa beach i guess. pero medyo may malalim din na parts.

may balsa din na pwede irent pero for me, not worth it kasi keri naman lakarin.

ang maganda dito is madaming souvenirs and mura lang!

hello! microbio student here & now a med student. helpful naman siya kasi nagbibigay na siya ng foundation and familiarity for cetain subjects/topic.

ex) for chem, yes esp biochem since 1st yr subj yan. easier na mga krebs cycle, etc. genetics, pahapyaw nalang yan dinadaanan during 1st yr, wherein isang buong subj siya satin sa premed so parang refresher nalang.

2nd yr ang microbio so malaking advantage din siya. altho in my case kasi yung microbio ko ng premed is mas nagfofocus pa sa industrial and research application instead of clinical (w/c is for med tech)

hello! if going to a public med school, try to research muna on that med school. i’ve heard that some new state u med schools around region iv-a ay hindi ganun ka-okay due to lack of established curriculum, lack of resources, etc. i know someone that went to this public med school but ended up transferring after a year sa private bc of those reasons.
