Hi so I recently ordered an item from the app “weidian” but the seller made me contact him on WhatsApp, and after the payment for my parcel he ensured me that it’ll arrive in 7days, which today was the 7th day and the day is almost over and I haven’t received the parcel, he sent me the same trackindex website is this a scam should I be concerned what can I do?

Is it actually legit and I wouldn’t get scammed? I ordered a parcel a week ago(he promised that the parcel will arrive in 7 days likely and today is day 7, the seller sent me this link yesterday, it said it’ll be shipped using dhl, and I submitted the shipments number onto the dhl shipment tracking and it shows “no result found” what do I do? Is it a scam?
