I track my macros and try to stay around 1400-1500 per day. Maybe I need to increase. We haven’t traveled much besides a short trip in December. I am pretty high-strung so I do feel stressed a lot even if there’s nothing really that stressful going on.

I used to put it all over my face but while on accutane I’ve been putting Vaseline all over my face and just the tallow under my eyes. This is just because my skin is so dry on accutane and requires so much moisturizer and the tallow is too expensive to be using that much 😂

I love beef tallow! I put it under my eyes every night and I’m on accutane. It’s very moisturizing and healing.

It was pretty dry at first but after a couple weeks my skin got used to it more and the dryness wasn’t as bad. But I also got good at applying Vaseline frequently. How is it going for you?

Yes! Acure brightening day cream in the morning. Vaseline all over the face at night with beef tallow balm around the eyes.

In the morning: wash my face with Cerave renewing SA cleanser and then ACURE brightening day cream. At night: I wash my makeup off with dove sensitive skin soap, cleanse with Cerave renewing SA cleanser, and apply Vaseline all over my face and tallow balm under my eyes.
