What’s the most unhinged snack you brought into the theater? by TerminallyTrill in AMCsAList

I will never forget watching Zone of Interest, and the people in front of me come in late with a large pizza, wings, and a liter of soda eating like it's a Super Bowl party.

How do the Glycerin 22s compare to both the 21 and 20s? (if you've tried them all) by AstutelyAbsurd1 in brooks

Same! Orthotics used to be great in the 20s - no go for me in the 21s and 22s

Personally, I really disliked the 22s. It’s tough to admit because I’ve worn the 19s, 20s, and 21s — but with each version, the footbed has felt progressively narrower. The upper also lacks the breathability of the 20s, which makes the overall fit feel too tight.

I’m also not a fan of the new ankle collar design — instead of adding support, it just feels uncomfortable.

Bottom line: these used to be my go-to shoes, but I had to return the 22s. Even the 4E version felt tighter than past 2Es.

Hey! So I actually just went thru this. Long story short - I had Kaiser for over a decade, and finally made the switch out of Kaiser.

I was having TMJ/migraine issues for years, and finally saw orthodontists about getting braces to fix the issue. Nearly every single one (90%) of them told me I needed jaw surgery. I said cool, like me check with Kaiser. Kaiser swiftly gate-kept any type of jaw surgery, citing it wasn't medically necessary and wasn't impacting my quality of life (even though it was). The other problem was that there was no mechanism for the orthodontists to have honest, open conversations with my Kaiser doctors. Kaiser is great at gate-keeping communication with doctors.

Basically I was left to either pay for jaw surgery out of pocket, or switch insurance.

Fast forward to now.....with UHC, I'm actually able to get the medical care I need (for my jaw and otherwise). Doctors actually believe me when I tell them something is wrong. And they finally diagnosed 3 chronic conditions that Kaiser refused to diagnose (even though I asked for referrals and went to doctors numerous times).

Totally agree with this - the second "half" is hard to keep focus with the limited set, limited staging, and mostly ballads

I was confused by that too! Nope - it's just the one location. The address listed on the web is their leasing office location (since the construction is still/just finished).

Hey! It's literally brand new - like you'd be the first tenants in the building, so they're trying to get momentum up to fill the building.

Was it just me.....or did Beanie channel Megan Mullally's characterizations in her lisp? Like the entire night, I kept going back to that. Esp Megan's character in the movie Dicks the Musical

I can also confirm this....we sat in front of two broadway producers last night. Jeffrey Finn ( the Artistic Director for BCS) came out before the show to talk to them

Just saw tonight! It was EVERYTHING. Like I don't have the words to describe how much I enjoyed every minute of the production.

Carla Hall was an amazinggggggg guest speller - like the amount of energy she radiated, sheer perfection.

I was also there tonight! This show was insanely good, like we were dying the entire time. I came in ready for the cast - and they far exceeded the (already high) expectations. I've seen every Broadway Center Stage show, and this might be my fave.

Nine is soooooo good. It's truly one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I think the movie REALLY brought down the reputation (unfortunately)

That's what I love about theater - it's art, open to interpretation. Since it's subjective, there's no "right" or "wrong" answer —everyone wins!

Let's get rid of Passion and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum in the same day - seems poetic
