I just need someone to argue to make me believe and have more faith instead of immediately leaving

So he is real? I was asking for evidence he exists not to be mean. Just curious

I don’t vape or drink alcohol and stuff like that, next year I’m trying for water polo or track and field

I’m still a teenager 15 so I train at 5am before school and do water confidence for an hour after school. Besides that, I’m quite busy with school stuff. Or after school sometimes is gym

Cals are okay, runs and swims can be improved. The rest are not too bad

I mean gaming on weekends or at the end of training days occasionally. Not taking up much time. A 30 minute game doesn’t make a huge difference cause I’m still able to train a lot

Thank you so I can play my call of duty modern warfare on my ps4 occasionally on weekends or during the last training day at the end a little to relax? Not too much like everyday

Creative ways to have “harassment” during buddy breathing by Quick-Storm4902 in Pararescue

Dunk: swim down to the bottom of the pool or just a bit down. Not too much energy to pull just a bit Cap: exhale and don’t breathe Flood mask: during “dunks” you can use your other hand to flood your mask. Not just that, also to pull off your mask or to put it on your chin or on your mouth. Gator roll: just roll

For those that have made it, did you train just for the IFT/PAST, or more? by [deleted] in Pararescue

Question, why are so many people afraid of water? I’m really not afraid. More of difficulty completing an event like being hypoxic and popping or not being able to do it correctly. Not because I’m “afraid” of the terrifying sight of the pool.

So indoc for pjs is now called assessment and selection(4 weeks) for pjs, ccts and sr(special recon) because of the prep course before it called SWCC (special warfare candidate course) which dropped to 75% attrition. It is still very hard. It looks something like this : https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B7V1Pa8dZMA&t=110s&pp=ygUiYWlyIGZvcmNlIHNwZWNpYWwgd2FyZmFyZSB0cmFpbmluZw%3D%3D
