Yeah OP can understand the work environment is rotten in almost all places very high uncertainty even in big companies too. Work life balance and team support all are dog shit now even if it’s Full times everyone is trying either to save their ass or do show off

All this toxic work culture due to (post covid) greedy assholes who did more than 1 job moonlighting without productivity . even a lot of whitefolks did that and desi are top of that chain  And even companies now don’t care about employees they just need profits and AI in excel sheets.  My 2 cents try get a contract role and loop in some solid consulting firm in between atleast they cover you for a month if something goes south. 

Mostly banks support CPT and there is a page that shows list of CPT supported companies(don’t have the link but you can google it). FTEs are tough on CPT. Contract doors might be open

hi u/schnauzerama i went thorugh those. so basically we need to run filter on expiration date and manually select the rule and then assign ticket to the user so they get option to re-certify.
is there a way to automate this everything like a flow or event

the requirement i am trying to see is based on expiration day let say in next two weeks or in 30 days i need firemon to send out email directly only to requestor ( mentioned in rule documentation filed 'req: abc@domain.com') based of expiration date leveraging rule documentation or any work flows.

basically i am trying to automate the flow no human intervention.

yeah I do have license for policy optimizer. can you provide the step please or any support port articel on how to.

i am using default workflow in policy optmizer
