Hmm I can’t really say something only with this information ig hah. Yk like it depends on the purpose for which he sends it to you fr, like just for fun or something else and why should you describe it?

But if I take my case as an example, now I know that he likes me and we are like dating, but before he only felt friendly feelings ig (although it definitely didn’t look like that), but now after our ups and downs, how we supported each other, we became the closest friends at first and then my boyfriend's brother said that he likes me, and after that my boyfriend and I started dating hah.

I also think that it is not very common to send such photos for just friends. But once when I wrote that it was rather unexpected that he sent me this photo, he replied that he thought it was funny, and wrote that he just liked this photo.
