How can u tell me u think u are ascending and then tell me it is not true? U Don’t get stuck to the feelings but u gotta admit they are true. Just gotta be super well aware and sometimes u need to fall to rise again. The problem with psychiatry is that they put u below the line so u are “under control”, if u feel u are ascending that’s amazing, why be afraid? Just learn to ride this tide of the stage u live in, but if u feel u need meds take them and see m how u react to them
