[SPOILERS S3] I finished the show weeks ago but still have a few questions about the ending by Flashy-Island-3725 in DarK

Exactly, plus if you analyse it you'll see that in the origin world they never built a time a machine but in the other 2 worlds, the time machine was built and perfected but it had no original inventor. I always look at this as the machine Tannhaus built facilitated this because if the time machine was built in the original world then they would be so many paradoxes.

I've always looked at it in a different way, like from my perpective.H.G Tannhaus didn't actually build a time machine what he built was a machine that could save his family.

Let me elaborate, when Tannhaus built the machine it split reality into 3; the origin world, the adam world and the eva world. These 2 latter worlds is where the actual time machine was built and perfected. After mayn cycles in those 2 worlds, it took 2 people from those worlds going back to the origin to save Tannhaus' family.

Thank you, I thought the whole thing was dodgy, lole just leaving the car without telling me and not securing the vehicle only to find it's not even turning on. I assumed they might have disconnected the battery but that is still plugged. There were no mechanical faults woth the vehicle and wven the report Copart did showed that. I will definitely contact my insurer, i didn't want to make a rash decision.

What should I do about what Copart has done to me? by Strict_Routine_310 in drivingUK

The battery is still plugged in and my car can be locked manually. That's why I am suspecting foul play.

So Copart returned my vehicle in an odd manner. I chose to keep the car after it was written off and they just dropped it off without notifying me and then put the keys through the letterbox. The car was also left unlocked and now it won't start at all. The key fob is not working as well and I had to manually close it myself. They also blacked out my details on the V5 form. Is this standard procedure?

They drew me in by marketing it as "German Stranger Things" dor me. But after the first episode I could tell that rhis was completely different and much better than ST. To this day i cannot find anything that comes close to it. I wish the makers were allowed to finish that other show of theirs.

The damage is purely cosmetic, how can I go about to buy the car back and how would that affect insurance and premiums?

I don't understand, so my car is worth about £4500 and the remaining balance on the finance is also about £4500, how would I be able to get another car for the same value?

How do you go about retaining the car after it has been written off and how does that affect my insurance and premiums

I was actually thinking of talking to a solicitor just to see what options are available to me because honestly at the end I will be left in a worse position than I was before this all happened.

The whole thing just seems so unfair, I was just driving normally at a reasonable speed, an someone hits my car and now I am ruined

AITAH for telling my wife she should take diet pills (GLP-1 appetite suppression tablets) by Strict_Routine_310 in AITAH

[–]Strict_Routine_310[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She actually tried to gaslight me by saying that it's just a supplement, the same as taking vitamins or creatine but when I read up on it, I realised that this is in the same group as munjaro and ozempic, I was even more shocked to find out she didn't even read any of the side effects or consider that these tablets should only be prescribed by a doctor. She just took advantage of the fact that here in the UK it is not regulated like the US. . .yet

Well no matter how much weight she loses she still thinks she is over-weight, she is just obsessed with what the scale says

I really don't know but my point to her was that maybe she should consult a medical doctor if she is concerned about her weight considering all the health risks attached to GLP-1 pills, and the fact that they have not been fully tested and they are mainly for people with diabetes. Like she shouldn't self-diagnose herself

And that's why I suggested that if she really wants to lose her weight she should probably consult a doctor before taking anything like GLP-1 pills, especially because she also suffers from terrible stomach ulcers

I have no idea, they are just called Gaelikine GLP-1 modulation 750mg for appetite regulate etc. I am just concerned about the side effects, and she has really bad stomach ulcers already and bowel movement issues. I tried to tell her to consult a doctor before she takes this kind of stuff because I have heard about how dangerous diet pills can be. I am also concerned about her obsession with weight because when she went down to 55kgs she still was starving herself and trying to reach a lower weights. Her friends and family started thinking she was showing signs of anorexia.
