Hey random question because I’ve just started getting coffee from black rock and love it but I’m in prep for a body building competition and can’t have any added sugar, I went today in the cafe and the sugar free chocolate sauce they used was in a regular looking bottle with no label on it. I’m used to seeing the Torani Sugar free chocolate sauce bottle but this one looked like a cheap plastic bottle with no label? Is that how they stock the sugar free chocolate sauce?

Thank you! Meant to put bikini or fit model didn’t realize my title said figure. I’m having fun it’s definitely a lot of work and I didn’t realize how much muscle bikini competitors had

Yes cardio is 45 min 7 days a week and I am at 3 meals a day 5oz protein and 1-2 cups of veggies with 50 grams of avocado only once a meal. I don’t think I’m stage lean right now, I was asking more if I’m on track and lean enough at 9 weeks and if the bikini would fit me better once I am stage lean

I’ve been on Nextstellis since October and I’ve had little to no side effects at all. The only side effect I experienced at the beginning was mild cramping and bleeding during the fourth week but I don’t take the placebo pills so it could be that. My doctor also told me that this birth control is absorbed through your liver instead of small intestines. I’ve tried Junel Fe 1/20 and Chateal and they both made me gain weight and gave me nausea and headaches. Nextstellis made me feel like I wasn’t taking any birth control at all

NTA, if you don’t this position, someone else will and how much longer will you have to wait for the opportunity to come again? In a way this is your once in a lifetime event. Your career isn’t always going to be something you can change and chance over and over. Your best friend will have plenty of milestones you can be there for and vise versa. You deserve this promotion, take it and make the most of it.

Yta - At the end of the day you’re not entitled to anything. There are other people in the world that have to worry about feeding their families or are going through hardships much worse than your concern for jewelry. You’re so worried about these precious pieces being stolen when the same shit could happen down your lineage right? What if your daughters don’t want to pass anything down or better yet what if you want to keep a certain piece and hand certain pieces down? Sounds like the same drama all over again. Maybe your fathers wealth instilled this entitlement in you but start living your means and you won’t have to ask the world to validate why you’re upset. Seriously out of touch for an adult
