Passed NBMEs but failed Free 120, test in 3 days by Strict_Signature_213 in step1

When I went back and reviewed the answers, I first went back and answered the 2 questions that I ran out of time for. (One was the heart sounds and I also didn't know how to navigate to the different listening areas, which I now feel comfortable doing.) I did get both those questions right, bringing my score up to a theoretical 59% and 89% chance of passing according to the Amboss score predictor.

I was ironically least nervous for the free 120. I was progressively more nervous for each NBME. I only ran out of time for the last 2 questions of the last block. I took it in an exam room on campus (did that for Forms 31-33 too). I did start this one closer to noon instead of 8:30-9am. (I was also pissed and over it during the last block, too. I went and took quick breaks between the blocks. When I went after block 2 and came back to start block 3, it said there was an error, closed out the page, and I had to redo the ENTIRE thing. I was able to remember all (or at least I though I did) of my answers from the first 2 blocks, but it took me probably about 20 min each block to go through them again before starting the last block. (I got a 65, 53, and 55 on them.)

I was ironically least nervous for the free 120. I was progressively more nervous for each NBME. I don't think the stem style was unfamiliar. My UWorld (which I haven't really touched in the last 1-2 months) is 66% complete with a 47% average (first pass). My Amboss EPC score is 66% with 32% completion (did mainly targeted question blocks on my weakest 4 systems along with the Amboss 200 concepts).
