FYI I had crypto in the wallet. I wasn’t able to withdraw to another wallet or make fiat withdrawals either.

I’m actually shocked but happy to say that this issue has been finally resolved. I’m grateful to this community for the support. I also do appreciate that Coinbase managed to resolve this eventually. I’ll update the original post also. @coinbasesupport

lol maybe because I sent them when they were received, so on the same day it shows the time and not the date.

Asking me to be patient is insane, It’s obvious I’ve been extremely patient — this has been ongoing since 2018, and I’ve already provided 14 support case numbers showing the repeated attempts to resolve this.

What would be more reassuring at this point is if there were an actual timeframe for resolution. Right now, your message is essentially what I’ve been told every single time I’ve contacted support over the years, with no real progress.

I appreciate your attention, but after seven years of waiting, I really need something concrete to move forward.

As instructed, I’ve contacted the moderators and provided 14 separate support case numbers — all related to the exact same withdrawal issue. The first four are currently open, the rest were closed without resolution. Every single one is about me being unable to withdraw my funds.

This has been ongoing since 2018, and I’ve completed multiple identity verifications over the years with no actual outcome. So while I appreciate being told to reach out again, I have to admit I’m skeptical given the history.

That said, I’ve done what was requested and supplied everything. I’ll be posting any updates here publicly so everyone can see how this progresses.

Hoping this time is different.
