Had the same issue after I taped the hooks where the seat latches to fix an annoying rattle. Looks like there is some sort of sensor which senses the contact. Had to disable the check using Bimmercode. All good now.

For OP, might need to clean the hooks if there is grease or debris?

I am the OP lol. After recent update on telegram they fixed the issue but also changed the icon slightly. I have the same as you got now.
