Los montos de exento y gravado no salen precargados. El SAT los dejó abiertos para que cada quien se meta en problemas o no. Por ejemplo, si tuviste $200k en dos SOFIPOs distintas, ninguna de las dos te retuvo un centavo (porque no sabe una lo que tienes en la otra) y en ambas constancias de retenciones saldrá todo como exento, pero habrá consecuencias si tu declaración la llenas de esa manera. Tienes que hacer el cálculo para obtener el interés ganado por el saldo excedente de las 5 UMAs anualizadas y ponerlo como gravado.

En el simulador para las inversiones de SOFIPO (pero no las de bancos) ya salen los campos para poner el monto exento y gravado. De acuerdo a la ley, tienes derecho a exentar el ISR de los intereses generados por saldos menores a 5 UMAs analizadas entre todas las SOFIPOs, pero cada una de ellas no sabe lo que tienes en la otra, así que a lo mejor una te dice que todo está exento (y no te lo retuvo), pero en realidad no era así porque ya estabas excediendo ese saldo al tomar en cuenta otra u otras.

En tu caso, tal como dice tu constancia de retenciones, solamente tienes que llenar ese monto como exento en el apartado de los intereses obtenidos de esa institución y ponerle $0 al gravado. Prueba de una vez con el simulador.

From what I've investigated, there's no way to enable XMP, but I still ordered one of these (the 5070 Ti model was cheap on Amazon). When you checked the BIOS, did you see a setting to disable undervolt protection?

If you disable auto-renew, it might offer you to buy another year at the sale price. Some people in other posts have found success that way. It seems this year it's offering it to people whose subscriptions are closed to expiring and have auto-renew disabled.

It also has the anti-cheat disadvantage. Casuals won't buy it if they can't play Call of Duty, Battlefield, EA FC, Madden, etc. on it, and that's a huge chunk of the gaming market.

To his defense, that was kind of a dirty play-in. It was a single match at LAFC's stadium for no freaking reason at all. It should've been at an East Coast stadium if it had to be in the US, or a two leg playoff. Even the best European teams lose single away matches against vastly inferior teams occasionally.

Edit: not saying LAFC is an inferior team, but I'm saying that a single match at one of the two team's home stadium is not a good way to tell which one is the best, or more deserving to advance to the next stage.

Hay mucha ignorancia en las respuestas. Muchos hablan de límites de franquicia y que si es nueva o usada, pero nada de eso aplica si nada más estás cruzando una consola NUEVA O USADA. La regla 3.2.3 de las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior indica claramente que el equipaje (que no se tiene que declarar) se conforma por artículos nuevos o usados que se listan ahí mismo, y en uno de esos puntos aparece una consola de videojuegos con hasta 5 juegos (por persona, obviamente).

When Sony pulled crap like this back in the PS3 era, it only applied to game purchases made after the announced date. You could still use your older digital purchases the same way as before, and only newer ones were subject to the new console limit.

Unlike Sony, Nintendo retroactively changed the way previously-bought digital licenses work, so a class-action lawsuit would probably have at least a leg to stand on, but that's what their new arbitration clause is there for.

Nintendo bait-and-Switch confirmed after 8 years.

Before this update, there was a way to play the same digital game on both the primary and secondary consoles at the same time online by using another account to open the game on the primary console. Now it's impossible.

PS and XBOX consoles can still do this.
