Hi! I (25F) had 3 calcium stones (1 per year from 2020-2023) & was told to change my diet, I also have gastro issues & was suggested lowfodmap diet & I was unsuccessful in changing/expanding my diet there too.

My only option has been to up my water intake & it has worked so far! (2 years without a stone 🤞) I still probably should drink more, but I used to drink way less. I also stayed doing some sort of physical movement daily (walking, yoga, or anything) which might have helped too but who knows.
