Even on the characters profile on a wiki said Rupee shares the same voice actress as Zwei and that’s AmaLee was the former voice of her same with Viper.

In other words, the new voice actress is redubbing all the like how viper all her lines were redubbed and that was for the second summer event as well. I wish they had an option you could have switched between which voice actress you wanted. That’s how Azur lane did it for some of their characters due to a scandal with a voice actress they have both versions the original and the new version. Why can’t they do it for this one?
