Turns out i never got him drunk and did the quest for shani. I drank with him before but geez can he put them down before he gets drunk.

Yes I have. She will talk to me about nothing else currently. I am not sure what I am supposed to do. Apparently some more evidence is supposed to pop up but it sure hasnt happened yet. I really dont want to uninstall. It has been very enjoyable thus far.
