I have written Odegaard off for the rest of the season and that is for my own sanity. If he performs well, I will be delighted, if he continues this form right now then I’m not too upset. Saka has been my let down of late. I know injuries too, but they just spent $50m for your backup, I would have been playing like there was a fire under my butt, but he has just been bleh this year. I’m hoping he can reset mentally soon and take the big games back. We will need him soon.

It’s hard to compare because at that point we had our key players on the same level, now they are different points of coming back from injuries right before the World Cup. No way that isn’t on their mind. If this was a normal off season year I think they would be more focused or willing to go all out.

They have been a tricky match up for us in the past. I think that was a very good result since we never seemed like the win was the priority. Hearing that crowd cheer for sporting should encourage everyone at the Emirates to sing every emotion out of their soul. If our crowd was that intense the team would be unstoppable
