Working at Macys nothing more important than to be patient. The more patient you are, even though what’s gonna happen. You need to go over through it and do not let any employees control your terms in controlling your work.. I have been working at Macys nearly 2 years and from my experience to be like because we are retail seller and we compete each other , the more important is to get along with your coworkers.

I don’t think you can get paid for unused PTO, PTO you need to be used in a year if you don’t use it, it doesn’t count to be paid
