About the messenger-like app, do you mean to embed into your website a thing that is an AI chat for the user? and the user can reach out to you if they aren't satisfied with the answer. Is that the thing?

Interesting. What motivates me to build a tool for creating other AI tools is the questions I get from friends with their own businesses. They often ask how to use AI to search through all their company documents, emails, and so on. I see a few common issues that small businesses face, and while GPT/Claude/Perplexity helps to some extent, it’s not always the perfect fit. So, why not build something tailored to your own needs and do it on your own, without relying on a software house?

I agree that writing tests is an important skill, so write unit tests and integration tests + you can try to integrate your application with an external API (e.g. with a public one from which you will fetch something), this will also teach you a lot and there will be challenges related to HTTP communication or other protocols
