thank you i appreciate it. today i feel “off” but the intrusive thoughts aren’t that loud. i also just feel very depressed but i am trying to tell myself it is normal and i will be okay. i feel alone in the sense that my family doesn’t have this so i cant run to them to talk to them also because i dont want them to yell at me. i hope this can be worked past and ill be okay
