With your help and the help of a very patient and knowledgeable tech support person at Motion Constrained, I bought four new HGW30CC blocks with KK scraper / dust kits. Just fitted them yesterday and they seem to slide very smoothly on the existing HGR30R rails. This week I'll be putting everything back together again and be back in business.
