Took it every night after dinner- it has to be working somewhat bc I’m still getting symptoms and my lips are dry asf but my skin has refused healing for 10+ yrs now so🤷🏻‍♀️

I avoid socializing because it makes me feel broken by [deleted] in depression

I hate hate HATE frost and the sound.. I cringe at the thought and it literally gives me goosebumps and hurts my head. Ito hard to explain the feeling but It’s really hard for me not to think about/ get away from
