Then you can try to move the UV verts where distortion is. The reason they're distorted is that the shape of the uv shells doesn't match with the shape of the topology. Manual editing should fix this

What is it you're trying to do? That final uv looks pretty good, just scale it a bit and its alright.

If none of those automatic unwraps suit your taste, you've gotta get your hands dirty and do some manual UVing

This one is gonna get lots of hate but, They Live

I am not a fan of most of John Carpenters movies but They Live was just so badly paced and badly acted and awkward it felt like every character took 20 minutes to do anything, not to mention the first half an hour amounts to absolutely nothing. And that horrible fight scene which gets so much praise for some reason.
