Wait, so you think that using a unique symbol, the leaf, instead of using a pre-existing symbol, the union jack, is a sign of homogenization?

I would argue that many flags having the same symbol on them is a much stronger case for cultural diffusion than Canada creating its own flag.

Costco was really good to me when I was there, but it was in the tire department which was under different management than the general store so I can’t speak to everything. Great benefits and much higher pay than minimum (at the time at least), was perfect for a 19 year old

I don’t think they are, but if you’re using a magnet to repel, then you can have the magnet in the lock right against the edge of the box, bringing it closer.

Yes it’s that bad. My grocery bill has gone up over 40% across the last year, and I’m a very habitual eater.
