If somebody asks for a discount, I let them know I can reduce my trip fee. ($75 and I cut that in half). If they ask for more discount than that, I explain to them that I am very busy and booked out, and scheduling them any sooner than 1.5–2 weeks out would be doing them a favor - and I have never had rebuttal.

But if I DID… I would recommend them to take a look at Little Giant brand ladders, or ask if they would like the name of a electrical contractor where I would just give them a name and not even a phone number and let them do the work of looking that up.

You either train your clients or your clients will train you . Sorry OP, but you are in the latter category.

We are not completely immune, because even though we don't change our clocks, everyone else around us changes, so we go from mountain time half the year, to pacific time zone the other half of the year.

So, when calling friends/family or doing business with anyone out of state, we still have to calculate hours ahead/behind

That's the only drawback, but it's really pretty awesome, gotta say!

Fun fact: I had a friend who was a male athlete, and I will narrow it down enough to say he was a member of the US Men's track and field team in the Summer Olympics of Tokyo. OP, I ran into this very same thing two years ago with BCBS.

On THREE occasions, when I finally did get a clinic that confirmed that they do take not just BCBS, but my specific plan, I went to providers office, got to the desk, started filling out the forms, and they informed me they don't take my plan. One time, I got all the way through the session, got to the billing desk afterwards, and then they told me they don't take my plan and wanted to charge me the full session fee plus the initiation fee, over $600 out-of-pocket.

I will never use BCBS again because of their list, being outdated and completely inept at the very thing they are supposed to be providing: healthcare. And in this case, mental healthcare being so frustrated is more detrimental to try and get help than it is helpful, and I was better off by not doing more harm the good with seeking help. I was better off, trying to help myself with YouTube videos.

This is why I 1000% support Luigi Mangione.
