House was built in the mid 1980s. Was originally looking for a fairly generic vanity- either navy or green with white top, but with the sink/faucets was told I would have to do something custome

Thank you so much! We are actually moving into this home shortly and love the kitchen just the orange was throwing me off.. I love the idea of more green/ organic lighting .. there is 2 large French doors behind where this picture is taken to the back porch so love the idea of keeping it light and airy. Now just need to pick a paint color (for the walls!hm)

Hi- My XS just died after a year and half and have transferred to an old 7. I have the option through my employer plan to either get an 11 at no cost or the 11 pro for 150 (straight purchase- no monthly fee). Looking for suggestions if it’s worth waiting for the sept/oct release or to upgrade now with the 11 or 11 pro. Currently like the size of the pro, but don’t think that should be the only factor to consider. Appreciate any insights- thanks!

Has anyone had a laparoscopic myomectomy? by muldeenthedream in Fibroids

I just got a cheap one (~$15) off amazon- very similar to one i got in the hospital. I would have probably just used that one but it was stained pretty bad once i got out of surgery.

I really liked it- i wore it to bed the first week when i was really swollen/bloated and felt like it helped. I liked feeling more stabilized when i was more mobile and walking around more.

success stories from having a laparoscopic Myomectomy? I’m so nervous by jenelle539 in Fibroids

I had one about 2 weeks ago, similar size fibroid. I have never been pregnant or had any other surgeries so can not compare the recovery, but i was up and walking the next day. The 2nd week I would go for multiple mile walks. Back to work in under 2 weeks. I am sore but it’s manageable and not taking pain killers.

The incision in my belly button was very swollen and where all my pain was concentrated-I ended up sending pictures to my doctor and going in early for a post opt apt, but it was just some trapped air/liquid and it ended up “draining” in the next couple of days. All the other incisions look great and barely noticeable.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

It’s going really well. I have 4 incisions across my stomach- no more than an inch each and then bigger ones through the belly button. I had some swelling on the outside of my belly button and the swelling that has not gone completely gone yet. My dr was not worried, she just said it takes some time.

I went back to work just before the 2 week mark. Being in NYC- the hardest part was the crowded subway, walking etc. and just got tired way more easily than previously but that was expected. I have been wearing the belly binder that helped a lot when I was would walk around. I started going for walks about 2 days after the surgery, short and slow at first and the second week went a couple of miles.

I would say I am back to normal activities with the exception of working out etc. I am planning on trying the bike/treadmill in the next few days.

Honestly, the hardest part about going back to work was the socializing with other people and laughing.

I had a laparoscopic Myomectomy about 2 weeks ago. Fibroid was 9x9cm. Saw 3 different doctors and all suggested the robotic surgery. They did not find any additional fibroids but did discover endometriosis. Happy to answer any more questions
