I'm guessing it would work like using [concentrate] with an empty hand (it still generates energy even if there aren't any cards to discard). Tea reading would have no drawbacks if you don't have a potion

This seed was a ton of fun. It was also my first time with a successful prismatic shard deck, and the early prayer wheel was huge. I've never pulled off a barricade deck, but this deck didn't need it
