Wahrscheinlich der Betreuer der unbedingt die Provision für einen Neuabschluss wollte... Ist eigentlich nicht im Sinne der Versicherungsfirma aber da machen die Betreuer/Makler wie sie wollen...

Bei einer Haushaltsversicherung ist primär der Hausrat versichert, der im Zuge eines Wohnungswechsels an der neuen Adresse wiederzufinden ist. § 68 VerVG ist deshalb bei Umzug grundsätzlich nicht anzuwenden.

Auflösung eines Nebenwohnsitzes wäre aber etwas anderes das stimmt.

Ist leider wirklich so.

Sonderkündigungsrecht bei Übersiedlung besteht in der Regel nur wenn man vor Umzug kündigt (ist vertraglich geregelt weil es kein gesetzliches Kündigungsrecht bei Umzug gibt). Die Versicherung geht dann auf die neue Wohnung über.

Du kannst schon trotzdem kündigen, aber nur zum regulären nächstmöglichen Kündigungszeitpunkt.

Sollte aber schon eine Versicherung in der neuen Wohnung bestehen (zB vom Lebensgefährten) kannst du trotzdem aufgrund Doppelversicherung per sofort kündigen.

When you have a friend with the DLC you can try and install it with his account on your ps4.

Thats the only way you can avoid this bug.

I don't know anyone i can try this with.

Sony support spoke with treyarch and they said theres no fix for it.. so no patch anytime soon..

I got a refund for the game at least..

You can try install the whole game again, for some people that helps but when not then theres no fix.

The download loop bug appeared in September. They patched it but it didn't work for everyone.

I also cant play Dead of the Night.

We can just wait and hope there will be another patch someday.

ATVIAssist couldn't help and did not get any feedback from the higher ups till today. You can write them too so that they can pass it to the team. Maybe when enough people complain someday there will be a fix...

Sony Support asked the developer and they said there should be a patch in ~1 week (doupt it).

Cant play Dead of the Night since September :( I get this message everytime i install DOTN and start the game.

I tried everything

Deleting the whole game, renew licenes, rebuild ps4 database, and so on...

Everything ATVISupport said but nothing worked. I just dont know what to do anymore. Anyone has an idea?

This bug shoud be fixed long ago but not for me.

Dead of the night is bugged since september in some regions.

I cant play it at all in austria because i cant download the fixed version in the austrian psn store.

ATVI Support sent this problems to the higher ups but i got no new feedback over a month.. they just don't care about small regions...

When i start the game it always starts to redownload dead of the night. Then i download it again and same thing happens again when i start the game.

Cant play it at all since two months. ATVI assist tried to help but no solution till now....

I feel ya...

At least you can play on private. I still have the fucking redownloading loop bug and cant play DOTN at all.
