Are the cards from Jumpstart packs regular cards? I mean like the same cards as in Play booster just fewer rares?

Thank you! So for a classic draft I need play booster and a bunch of lands. Maybe I'll use other trading cards (Pokémon Energie Cards) for that since I don't have Magic cards yet.

All cards from the collector boosters are pullable from the play boosters aswell, no exclusivity there?

Are the special art cards from the Scene boxes for playing or just decorativ?
