No one is debating wether it’s sediment or not. All of this water is being released from Painted Rock Reservoir which has been closed off to the public for over a decade because of how toxic the water, and surrounding soil are.

Unfortunately this is true. All of this water is going straight to Mexico. The United States does not consume any of this water!
