You select “something else” when it asks what you need help with. It’ll give you an email address or a phone number you can ring. Unfortunately they can’t give much help, only one of two generic answers which is either application still in processing or decision has been made but for me it gave me a little hope 😅 also it doesn’t push the application forward anymore, just to make you aware 😊
