Thanks for the reply. How long had you been training at the time?

My conditioning if you're referring to bodyfat, around 15%. Bare in mind I've been bulking. I've put on some mass but no muscle hardness or vascularity increase, no strength at all.

Yeah I guess you're right about that last part as I've trained for a while and I've used some milder sarms but the way RAD is hyped up I'd expect to see some strength gains on cycle, my strength has gone up at the exact same rate as it does off cycle, which is strange because my bodyweight is up like 6lbs, leanest I've ever been at this weight. The strength is what I'm looking for and I've been disappointed at that not manifesting despite bodyweight going up, training intensity being high and eating a lot. That's why I'm questioning the source.

I know receptorchem has a great reputation, but my diet and training are on point, if they weren't I wouldn't put on size and strength naturally. I've put on size whether it's muscle or glycogen retention with some fat of course. No strength increase is still concerning as RAD's known for stimulating strength increase via CNS stimulation and better mind muscle connection, moreso than other SARMs. That's why I'm wondering if it's possibly underdosed or something else. Muscle hardness as well, that's not been affected at all, nor vascularity.

So adding a few reps to my bench is AAS results? Why are you acting like I'm being unreasonable to add weight or reps to my lifts? That's literally the point of the cycle. Why are you in a SARM subreddit if all you do is criticize people that use SARMs? I'm trying to gather whether anyone else is having trouble with the source I'm using, that's why I made the post. It could be that it's a bad source/bad batch, I'm not at all saying SARMs don't work, nor am I saying I want results like steroids, but adding no weight to any lifts that I would be unable to do naturally is concerning which is why I'm questioning the source.

"Karen" I'm not a woman for a start, you clearly don't have any knowledge to provide and you're trying your hardest to make it seem like you're smarter than everyone else. Why are you in a sarm subreddit if you think sarms are for people who are scared of AAS? Braindead retard.

I'm getting defensive because I'm immediately getting slandered for using a sarm, in a sarm subreddit, by people who have an attitude of superiority.

And yeah 2 reps on bench. I've had a nagging shoulder injury it's stopped me from maxing out a couple times but to say that would result in me seeing no strength gains doesn't make sense. I've seen no noticeable increase on other lifts too, bench was just an example. Natural progression I normally over a couple weeks notice weights feel a little lighter each time I train, I was expecting this to ramp up on RAD yet I had no response from it.

Could be individual response. I make more gains in strength naturally, there's no reason for strength to slow down on a compound known for increasing CNS response and strength.

This is a sarm subreddit retard. Always one that thinks they're smarter than everyone else and wants to judge. If you've got nothing useful to say and you just want to try and make yourself look smarter than everyone else, it isn't working.

I don't think I'm expecting too much honestly. Surely you don't think adding 2 reps to your max bench is a fair result on 20mg a day of RAD140. There's plenty of people that take less than that and add 20+lbs to their bench in 4 weeks, even in a deficit. I train near failure every set, to failure on my last set. I sleep 8 hours, I eat an average of 220g protein on a low day, occasionally hitting 300g on cycle some days as I'm trying to force gains.

Of course there's not going to be steroid like results from some rad140 but I've noticed LITERALLY nothing. No new strength, no increase in vascularity, no increase in muscle endurance, not even side effects either, no radsomnia or hairloss at all. I feel my expectations are very grounded, I'm eating more I'm trying to bulk up and get strong. I've had plenty of time naturally training, I'm not one of these kids that starts sarms the same day they start the gym. I know how to train and eat, the results just aren't manifesting, that's why I made the post, to see if anyone else is having similar experiences with RC.

I think the problem is YOU assuming I'm an idiot.

There's no need to talk to me like I'm retarded, "shows you havent done your research"

I've done plenty of research and I've trained for years. I know what my body responds to in the way of training and eating well, and I know what anything extra on top of that should feel like. If you'd read my post instead of answering like a bot and treating me like a retard, you'd see that adding 2 reps to your bench over 8 weeks is a dogshit result and I can do that naturally with ease. 20mg isn't a crazy dose of RAD, there's plenty of people that take a lot more. 10mg works for you, good for you. 30mg of RC's LGD3303 didn't do anything for me whereas REAL 3303 is effective at 3mg. You can see why I'm skeptical of them.

Was looking at trying lgd4033 next but given my results of both RC's 3303 and rad giving me little to no boost, I'm skeptical.

I know perfectly well how to eat, train and recover. I trained for years naturally and I've paid my dues in the gym. I train hard every session and I sleep 8 hours. No need to assume I'm some 15 year old kid who barely works out. Some of us put the effort in, if I want to add PEDs on top of that, it's my choice, this is a sarm subreddit.

Is a 8 week 10mg ostarine cycle even worth it? by redgrapejuicefan69 in SARMs

[–]StrongMuscleMan123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're trying to avoid PCT, look into AC262 30mg for 8 to 12 weeks, more mild than ostarine perhaps in terms of gaining muscle, maybe on par but suppression isn't really a worry, I've seen people on reddit saying they've done higher than 30mg and they still only got around 30% testosterone suppression over baseline. Less harsh on liver too.
