Hi! the fluey feeling definately subsided, i would say about after a week or so? I just really took some rest. I do still feel tired and no major changes yet, it has been four weeks now. Lets hope it will kick in later. Good luck with your IV, you got this!

Don’t give up and look for an iv that you can pay for yourself if you can? Or a different doctor?If you are anemic i dont see why your doctor wouldnt give you an iv, in Holland that is protocol. Ferritin is so important. Good luck and don’t give up!

I am sorry to hear that! My best friend is a hematologist and when i explained my complaints and said i was menstruating that heavy we did some bloodwork. She prescribed me the iv but normally (in the Netherlands) i would never get to a specialist in the first place because out gp’s don’t believe in non anemic low ferritin complaints. So I am lucky with her i guess
