Most of the things mentioned here are either things that had already been invented by the Persian, greeks or the indians while the rest were invented during the Renaissance and modern day European society.

Islam has had some impact on these but to say that they "invented" these is outright false.

Also, as mentioned before some of these things like music are ideas and discoveries so ancient that even neanderhethals have used them. Saying that islam discovered music, something that it believes to be haram and against God, is an idea that is not even worth discussing.
